Don’t Cut it. It seems obvious now, but when you hit that awkward phase, you will wanna cut it. Just power through and have patience. Growing your hair out can take anywhere from 6 to 18 months depending on the hairstyle you are going for. Massage your scalp. Massaging your scalp helps in keeping your hair healthy. When you massage your scalp, it stimulates the blood vessels, which in turn increases blood flow and in turn, leads to healthier hair. Massage twice a day for 2 minutes each and you should be good. Wash your hair less often. Washing your hair too often strips away the natural oils from your scalp, which can lead to a dry scalp. So, don’t wash it too often.
